Active Travel Social Prescribing PIN

Tender description

In October 2021 the Department for Transport (DfT) launched an expression of interest for Active Travel Social Prescribing Pilots to be developed. Doncaster, with support from SYMCA were successful in this stage and developed a feasibility study to demonstrate how an ATSP pilot would operate. The feasibility study was submitted by Doncaster in May 2022, and on 22 August 2022, the DfT announced that Doncaster is 1 of 11 pilots to receive funding. Please see the attachment for more information. The Doncaster Council Team behind the bid would like to invite potential suppliers to a workshop on 28/10/22. The morning session will be held IN PERSON at the council's Civic Office. The afternoon will consist of 1:1 session VIA MS TEAMS to enable potential supplier to discuss any queries. The team behind the bid are inviting potential suppliers and stakeholders to an IN PERSON workshop at the Civic Office on 28/10/22 from 10-11:30. There will then been the opportunity for 1:1 meetings with the team in the afternoon, via MS TEAMS.
