Accessible Information Support

Tender description

Every organisation will have members of staff who are Neurodiverse (1 in 7 in the general population) but every person will be very different. Therefore, they will need to be able to access information in a variety of formats that they are able to clearly understand. We have a legal duty to provide this information under the Equality Act 2010. Our organisation has a legal requirement to provide information in a variety of accessible formats (Easy Read, Plain English, BSL, Braille etc), for colleagues who have a disability and are covered under the Equality Act 2010. The overarching scope of this contract is for a partner organisation(s) to support NHSE with a request to convert policies, reports, communications, training material and any other identified content, into a variety of accessible formats (Easy read, Plain English, BSL, Braille).
