Tender description

NIBRT is looking to procure a spectroscopic instrument for autonomous monitoring of nutrients, metabolites and product quality attributes of recombinant proteins or advanced therapies directly and simultaneously in-situ in multiple benchtop bioreactors. Ideally the measurement principle of proposed solutions will be based on Raman spectroscopy. Where an alternative technology is proposed, Tenderers should provide supporting literature, ideally peer-reviewed, and a comparison of the performance of their proposed solution relative to currently deployed solutions for bioprocess monitoring based on Raman spectroscopy as available in the peer-reviewed literature and public domain.
