Works at Lytham St Annes Coastguard Rescue Station

Tender description

The following works were required at St Annes CRS: 1. Erect scaffold to form access and protection to working area 2. Repoint brickwork approx. 20 square meters as required to first and ground floor areas to match existing 3. Decorate walls and ceiling to drying room and garage affected through water ingress 4. Install Altro Reliance flooring to main lobby, corridor and drying room on the ground floor 5. Remove existing kitchen units and replace with Howdens Glendevon White gloss base and wall units as per spec including all electrical, plumbing and tiling as per spec 6. Refix cladding to rear first floor area and mastic and joints and gaps as required 7. Clean out rear gully of sand hose down area leave clean and running free 8. Reseal around first floor balcony door to stop water ingress 9. Remove damaged plaster from same internal face make good and redecorate to match existing 10. Remove all rubbish from site.
