Variation No.4 - Ballater Street Condition Surveys (additional 2 x sites)

The ‘Portfolio survey and production of PPM reports’ The Customer requires a five (5) year planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme for the building structure, fabric and engineering services at two (2) additional properties, Elgin and Dundee. The Supplier has been requested to submit Condition Survey Reports for each property, containing recommendations for maintenance and repair, commensurate with the age of the building and its form of construction, or replacement if elements are deemed to be at end of usable life. If materials or construction techniques are no longer available or appropriate, the Supplier will advise on modern equivalents with respect to the age and nature of the property. The surveys will extend to all visible parts of the properties which are under ownership, and within demised areas only of those which are occupied under a commercial lease.
