UL- RFT for the Supply & Delivery of an Integrated System of Battery Testing Channels and Constant Temperature Test Chambers

Tender description

Tenders are sought for the supply & Delivery of an Integrated System of Battery Testing Channels and Constant Temperature Test Chambers. The suite of equipment MUST, due to the nature of their purpose, all come from the same manufacturer. This is to ensure that the battery testing channels are of the correct size such that they can be integrated into the back of the constant temperature test chambers. The suite of equipment consists of two Battery Testing Channels Integrated into a set of Constant Temperature Test Chamber Battery Testing Channels A MUST include 200 battery testing channels with a voltage range of -5 V to +5 V, minimum current range of ≤10 μA, maximum current range of ≥10 mA. All necessary cables and accessories must be provided which will allow each channel to be attached to a coin cell and to a battery via alligator clips. Battery Testing Channels B MUST include 32 battery testing channels with a voltage range of ≤+2 V to ≥+5 V, minimum current range of ≤5 mA, maximum current range of ≥12 A. All necessary cables and accessories must be provided which will allow each channel to be attached to pouch cells, cylindrical cells, and prismatic cells. Constant Temperature Test Chambers Chambers must have the capacity to house a minimum of 320 Battery Testing Channels. The Chambers MUST have a temperature range from 0 to 60 deg C and a temperature deviation of ≤±2.0℃. The internal volume of the chambers must be at least 200 L.
