Together Housing Association Limited, a charitable community benefit society registered in England and Wales at the Financial Conduct Authority manages over 36,000 properties and is one of largest providers of affordable social housing in the North. Together Housing Association provide a comprehensive range of support services which affect over 40,000 people's lives over a huge geographical area in the North of England. We also provide supported housing and extra care schemes. These support residents who are looking to maintain their independence in a comfortable, safe, and sociable environment. Employing approximately 1,400 staff, the Group's corporate vision is to be 'A ground-breaking Company, building homes, communities and futures'. To support the Together Housing Group to maintain its stock we are looking to appoint a structural engineering practice to undertake structural surveys, produce reports, produce schedule of work for tender, supervising works on site and act as Principle Designer. Reports are required to provide alternative recommendations 1- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to last up to 5 years. 2- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to last up to 15 years. 3- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to permanently. We are putting out early engagement to explore highly professional, qualified and certificated structural and civil engineering organisations that are located within the regions we cover. This enables us to plan a service that can deliver to our stock but serve our customers and add social value throughout our communities.
