Tender description
This Request for Tender (RFT) invites suitably qualified suppliers to provide catering services, under a Catering Services Concession, for Tea Rooms/Café at Ionad Cultúrtha an Phiarsaigh, Connemara. The Tea Rooms facility, which is the subject of this particular RFT, is sited at An Turlach, Ros Muc, Co. Na Gaillimhe, Galway H91 DW9A. It attracts clients visiting the adjacent Pearse Cottage, which is a short walk away. In the state-of-the-art visitor centre you can explore the things that drew Pearse to Connemara – the area’s unique landscape and the ancient Gaelic culture and language which is still alive today. A short stroll across the bog will take you to the cottage itself. The concession being offered therefore presents an excellent commercial opportunity for a suitable operator who will be ideally positioned to present a high quality offering to visitors to the site. A fully fitted facility is provided including servery counter, refrigeration, storage, display equipment, dishwashing etc.
