<p>Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is inviting tenders for the concession of Stall holders for a small-scale Christmas market in the new Amelia Scott centre courtyard. The new £20m The Amelia Scott in Tunbridge Wells (https://theamelia.co.uk/) houses our frontline council services as well as the library, museum, Gallery, exhibition space and adult education and Café. The Amelia opened in late April 2021 and surpassed over 100,000 visitors within just 6 months of opening.</p> <p>The Amelia Tunbridge Wells are celebrating their first Christmas in operation by producing a 2-day outdoor artisan Christmas market on the 3rd &amp; 4th December 2022. The event is inspired by Tunbridge Wells craft history; as well as supporting local craft people and the local creative economy. We are looking for Local businesses who make artisan, original, hand-crafted wares, gifts, and keepsakes to sell their goods at the event for either one or both days. The Council has 8 – 10 pitches available based on gazebos being 3 meters by 3 meters in size.</p> <p>Key Dates &amp; Timeline for Procurement:</p> <p>Tender release: Monday 10th October 2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm 28th October 2022 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm 4th November 2022 Evaluation: commencing Monday 7th November 2022 Pitch holders confirmed, and fees paid by w/c 21st November 2022 Event takes place 3rd &amp; 4th December 2022.</p> Keywords: Crafts, Event, Christmas, Market, Artisan
