This tender relates to the provision of a Rough Sleeper Co-Ordinator - Community, Voluntary and Faith Sector. The overall purpose of the service is to form part of a local response to address the needs of people who are rough sleeping and/or sofa surfing in Herefordshire. Enabling partners across the community, voluntary and faith sector to work collaboratively to support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness throughout the county.
