TC026 - All Age Advocacy Services

<p>The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for TC026 - All Age Advocacy Services. The development of an All Age Advocacy Hub which will provide independent advocacy service for Adults, Looked After Children and Child Protection children within the care of Bolton Local Authority to meet all the statutory requirements for independent advocacy under the Children's Act 1989, the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Mental Health Act 2007, for all types of need. The term of the Contract will be for four (4) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) year period. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 1 April 2023.</p> <p>The Service are carrying out a Bidder Briefing Event on Friday 21 October 2022, 9-10am. This will be via MS Teams.
