Tender description
Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking tenders for the daytime (10am – 5pm) café franchise at the Alley Theatre, Strabane, for an initial period of 3 years with the option of annual renewal thereafter up to a maximum of 5 years. Located at 1a Railway Street, Strabane, BT82 8EF the Alley Arts and Conference Centre (Alley) is owned and operated by Derry City and Strabane District Council. Offering top class entertainment, arts development and conference facilities, the Alley has been the cultural hub of Strabane since first opening 15 years ago. A generous floor space is given for the onsite daytime café franchise operation with the space utilised as a theatre bar in the evenings. This tender is in respect of the daytime café operation only with the licenced bar to be retained for operation by the Alley Theatre. The core daytime opening hours for the Alley are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Please refer to the CfT documents for further details.
