Tender description
Lot 1: The service shall be delivered as per the Contract Ts and Cs, with the following amendment to the Contract: Clause 9.1 of Appendix 2 (Specification) shall be removed in its entirety and replaced with the following: "9.1 The contract will initially be for three (3) years (2018-21), subject to targets, monitoring and evaluation. If successful, the contract could potentially be extended a further three (3) years (2021-24), at the Council's option and sole discretion. Such extension provision may be taken up in full, or for a shorter period on any number of occasions, provided that the aggregate time that this Contract is extended does not exceed three (3) years beyond the initial Contract period."
