Supply and Installation of a 165-inch Video Wall

Galway City Innovation District (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). The Goods will be supplied and installed in the Event Space at PorterShed, Galway. This public procurement competition (the “Competition) will be priced as one (1) lot (a “Lot”) as described below. This public procurement competition relates to the supply of the following: > High-resolution LED Display Screen: for 165-inch (measured on the diagonal) space. > Narrow image gap between tiled displays: minimal or bezel-less screen panels > Wide viewing angle in a range of light conditions > Portrait and landscape mode compatible GUI (Graphical user interface) > Extremely high processing power for high definition video: either intnerally or with external receiving cards > Convenient connection to Mac and PC > Ports: HDMI, USB-3, and ideally USB-C connections. > Manufacturer warranty, preferably serviced by installer > Comprehensive wall mounting system fit for purpose > Installation by the supplier - the supplier must have insurance for installation The Lot will be evaluated pursuant to the provisions of Part 5 of this RFT. Tenderers must be able to supply and install the screen before 10 November 2022 . Required: Delivery to site, installation and commissioning, including all necessary cabling and connection to laptop, clean-up and remove all packaging sustainably.
