<p>The two existing wet side changing areas have not been refurbished for many years and their overall condition is now deteriorating to a point where it has become difficult to maintain them to an acceptable standard. Officers are now addressing this issue and are carrying out a full refurbishment of both changing areas, which will include any reasonable adjustments that will reduce the sites carbon footprint and/or its emissions. THERE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR POTENTIAL MAIN CONTRACTORS TO ATTEND A MANDATORY SITE VISIT BEFORE SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.</p> Keywords: Leisure Centre
