Tender description
This is a 6 month pilot exercise to open a consultation hub in Birkenhead town centre. Placed are an existing provider and are working already on a number of other schemes through third parties. The contract would be in place for the remainder of the financial year. It would be charged on a time and materials basis. We will consider success at the end of month 4. If the pilot is successful, we would look to open a competitive tendering process to continue the project in the new financial year.
