Microsoft recommend to regularly backup information and data stored in Office 365. According to the Microsoft office shared responsibility model the responsibility for information and data is retained by the customer. As a consequence of this, MSLETB wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a Microsoft Office 365 SaaS (software as a service) Data Backup, Data Recovery and Data Protection Solution. The solution should be relatively maintenance free, specifically architected for the cloud and integrates and complements the MSLETB Office 365 environment. The chosen solution provider will be expected to: • Setup and configure the solution. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to the MSLETB ICT Services Operations staff. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance (over the lifetime of the contract) of the solution Lot 239175: Office 365 SaaS Data Backup, Data Recovery and Data Protection Solution MSLETB are seeking to regularly backup information and data stored in Office 365 as recommended by Microsoft. We wish to invite competent suppliers to submit proposals to provide a solution for the Microsoft Office 365 SaaS Data Backup, Recovery and Protection.
