NHS Devon CCG - All Ages Complex Care - Market Engagement

NHS Devon is looking for registrations of interest for attendance to a market engagement event for All Ages Complex Care on Wednesday 9th November 2022 between 11.30am and 12.30pm via MS Teams. The engagement exercise by NHS Devon will inform the development of the ICBs approach to improving the delivery of services of Complex Personal and Nursing care for Adults, Children and Young People The purpose of the service is to support and enable Adults, Children and Young People with complex physical needs to remain in their own home, and return home following an admission in hospital, living as safely and independently as possible. If you would like to book a place at this event, please complete the attendance form included in this notice and return to Mark Harding via e-mail at scwcsu.clinical.procurement@nhs.net by 17:00 on Friday 4th November 2022. Please insert 'Market Engagement Event for All Ages Complex Care Services' in the subject line of the email. If you are unable to download the form please email scwcsu.clinical.procurement@nhs.net and a form will be forwarded to you. An agenda will be made available to interested providers at a later date. Additional information: This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit NHS Devon or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. NHS Devon will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. The services are healthcare services falling under within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
