MSDC Hollands Way - Install of Play Equipment and Associated Surfacing - AWARD

Tender description

Mid Sussex District Council invites quotations for the supply and installation of play equipment and associated surfacing as set out in these documents. Site address: Hollands Way, East Grinstead, RH19 3EN. The Council is procuring this Contract following a quotation process under the Council's Procurement Code and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all works detailed within the Specification. The Council is seeking to Contract with an organisation that will work as a partner to listen to the needs of the local community and deliver a play area that reflects that. There is a fixed budget of £61,700 of developer's s106 contributions for this project. This will cover further public engagement, detail design and construction of the new play area. The contract will be JCT 2016 Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design.
