INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF TOILET CLEANING SERVICES IN RESPECT OF THE PARADE KIOSK ON BEHALF OF KILKENNY COUNTY COUNCIL

Tender description

A panel for the provision of toilet cleaning services in the Parade Kiosk, Kilkenny City on behalf of Kilkenny County Council will be established. The main requirements are to maintain and keep the area clean. Toilets will be required to be cleaned twice daily on off peak times (01st September – 10th March) and three times daily for on peak times (11th March – 31st August). A Deep clean will be required once contract commences and on a quarterly basis afterwards. It is expected that the correct cleaning detergents and disinfectant will be used and that the area will be maintained and keep clean. There is a small storage unit location at the toilets and it is expected that this area will be kept cleaned and maintained, it can be used to store cleaning equipment and products at the Parade Warden’s discretion which will be discussed when contract commences. The toilets open from 07.30am – 07.30pm daily.
