The Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the World Customs Organisation (WCO) have worked to create a system for sharing electronic customs pre-advice data. Complete and valid parcel data is now mandatory for all cross-border eCommerce. Post Office is exploring options and journeys to capture this data electronically as per the incoming standards.
