Tender description

The CMC team is looking for a consultant firm to provide 3 development specialists for three days per week for a five-month period (with a focus on Project management of property and regeneration projects and programmes) to fill secondment roles in the CMC team. Secondees will support the team in driving forward the identification and delivery of projects that will benefit from Homes England’s interventions, working to tight timescales in many cases to ensure the expenditure of revenue funding this financial year (31st March 2023).
