Tender description
<p>Our aim is to commission a life-course substance misuse service across Wiltshire which strikes a balance between prevention and treatment. The service will work with those at the earliest opportunity and provide universal support to prevent people from requiring treatment through interventions including identification and brief advice and by raising awareness through education and local campaigns.
