Tender description

This is for the purchase of one high-purity germanium (HPGe) wafer with at least 6 bespoke sensors for X-ray applications. The HPGe sensors are cryogenic semiconductor electronics components. It needs to be manufactured to have at least 6 sensors in one wafer with diameter 90mm and thickness 1mm. In addition, the requirements need to meet several technical requirements in order to run a prototype phase.
