The scope of works is for the purchase and warranty of Pipeline Surveying Equipment within the Works Delivery team in NW&C route. This may be required by both our Maintenance and Works Delivery functions. Lot 1: The Supplier shall provide the below equipment, which is fit for purpose and in accordance with all relevant standards and specifications. With a warranty period of 12 months. • Push Camera 60m compatible with multiple report writing software, sonde 33khz, 512khz, 640khz, changeable camera head • Crawler Camera System & Control Unit compatible with multiple report writing software with Wi-fi enabled software for quick report turnaround for the client. • Floatation System to survey deep water structures when the diameter of the structure is too small for confined space entry to enable to complete a float through survey. • Cradle to lower the crawler system into the system to remove the need for confined space entry. • Explosion proof ATEX Pan and Tilt camera with 360 degree capability to look round the structures to locate defects • Reversing Camera for the safe retrieval of the crawler system • Crawler Camera System Trolley & Battery Pack for the Camera system to be used over all terrains without the use of a generator • Multi Terrain Wheels • Flexible push camera to capture a survey of smaller diameter lines such as, 40mm, 60mm. • Handheld Inline Camera Adaptor. • A minimum of 32GB internal memory storage.
