Tender description
Generate genome sequence data from 320 dogs for the Roslin Institute, The University of Edinburgh, Easter Bush Campus. The University requires 150bp paired-end sequencing with an average depth of 30-fold (assuming a genome size of 2.4Gb). Raw data, in the form of ubam or fastq files, as well as relevant QC reports, is required to be returned via hard drive following processing of each batch
