Tender description
To undertake a quick learning exercise with COMF funded projects not engaged in the current Human Learning Systems approach COMF learning. Eight organisations will be involved, and the learning will inform the spend of the remaining 1.2m COMF money that has to be awarded (but not spent) by March 23. The work comprises desk top analysis of data, targeted (remote) interviews (using a co-designed topic guide/set of questions) with the organisation and its partners, including with end users.
