The value of the marine environment to Scottish recreational users: a choice experiment

Tender description

This specification sets out the requirements for an independent expert to support Marine Scotland deliver an economic research project. The contract will involve supervising an in-house analyst to develop a choice experiment, which will aim to estimate the value Scottish recreational users place on specific marine environmental attributes. This research is intended to contribute towards wider efforts across Marine Scotland to improve the way we measure and assess marine natural capital. The tenderer will be expected to advise on an appropriate methodological approach and provide expert support throughout the project to ensure that the final project outputs are robust and meet the required standard for publication.
