TENDER FOR VIDEO CASE STUDY CREATION

Tender description

We require an experienced and professional video production company to support the marketing of the AD:VENTURE programme with the creation of video case studies and other video/animation content. Video shoots, designed to illustrate how AD:VENTURE has successfully helped businesses will be used on our website, social media channels, and for other marketing purposes. Case study shoots (with businesses who have taken advantage of AD:VENTURE support) will take place on location, at the profiled business premises/event location, which will be within the Leeds City Region, and should take no more than two-three hours each. ‘How to….’ style shoots, which will involve members of the AD:VENTURE team explaining more about the AD:VENTURE programme (such as the types of support available, the process businesses go through from registration to completion of project, and how businesses should fill in registration and application forms to improve chances of accessing funding) will take place within the Leeds City Region – likely at AD:VENTURE’s offices in Leeds. We may also require the videographer to attend and video several our large events. In addition, we are also interested in commissioning the creation of infographic-type videos that will further promote the programme (this can be quoted separately). If you are interested in tendering for this work, please outline your proposed costs per shoot inclusive of all expenses, including postproduction and travel.
