Tender description

Swansea Bay University (SBU) Health Board is responsible for the provision of healthcare across the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area. The health board has three major acute hospital sites, Singleton and Morriston Hospitals in Swansea as well as Neath Port Talbot Hospital. The health board also provides primary care services, plus a wide range of community, mental health and learning disability services, as well as regional and sub-regional services for the wider population of South West Wales. Submissions are invited from suitably qualified and experienced debt recovery specialist to provide a comprehensive debt collection service for debts that have been unable to be recovered though the health board’s internal credit control processes, for a period of 3 years.
