Pre- Market Engagement - Inner City Kerbside Recycling The Council are carrying out a pre-market engagement exercise in relation to the provision of an inner city kerbside recycling services. Engagement with suppliers will take the form of an initial questionnaire which will help the Council better understand the levels of competition, capability and capacity within the market to supply and deliver an inner city kerbside recycling service for Belfast City Council. There may also be a requirement to hold informal engagement sessions with some or all interested parties.
