Renovation and Disabled Extension works in both Occupied and Empty Domestic Premises across the Bradford District

Tender description

The Council is seeking tenders from General Building & Construction Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a framework agreement to carry out Renovation and Disabled extension works. Works will usually be in occupied, domestic premises (usually owner occupier or privately rented homes) at different individual addresses across the Bradford District. Occasionally there may also be the need for one off works at Council/Privately owned unoccupied premises but these will not be very frequent. Lot 42139: Lot 1 Renovation Works The works consist of internal and external construction works to mainly late 19th century terraced houses and occasionally more modern day houses, which are occupied by owner-occupiers. Lot 44574: Lot 2 Disabled Extension works Construction of mainly single storey stone/brick built extensions to provide bedroom and or shower/w/c room for a person(s) with a disability, which may include preparatory works for specialist equipment such as ceiling track hoists etc.
