Tender description

Lot 1 The requirement is for a firm of patent agents to provide cost effective, general intellectual property advice and to undertake the preparation, registration and prosecution of applications for patents and other forms of registered intellectual property including but not limited to trade mark applications across all of the relevant research areas of the APHA. Lot 2 5.7 The requirement is for an economic, service-led provider in respect of the managed and payment of registered IP rights renewals and EP validation fees. This service would be for the renewal of all of APHA's existing portfolio of registered IP rights (patents and trade marks) and all new EP validations.
