Provision of External Audit Services

Tender description

The engagement will begin with the audit for the year ended 31 March 2023 and is a 3 year appointment, with option for two year extension, subject to annual reappointment. The successful Tenderer will: Audit the statutory group financial statements of Caredig, in compliance with accounting standards and the Welsh Government requirements. Provide audit plans in advance of the audit, and an audit management letter following the audit, to the Board/Committee. Certify as required returns to funders on information based on the financial statements. Prepare and examine/audit a small joint venture activity.
