Tender description
<p>The council has a statutory duty to provide advocacy provision to the residents of South Gloucestershire. Section 67 of the Care Act 2014 (“the Act”) imposes a duty on local authorities to arrange for an independent advocate to be available to represent and support certain people for the purpose of facilitating those peoples’ involvement in the services provided by local authorities.</p> Keywords: Advocacy, Adult
