Tender description
The Adult Health & Social Care Service within Sheffield City Council has recently updated their Leadership Team structure to provide updated governance and leadership arrangements to meet changing strategy, challenges and demand. The service has also seen significant changes not only to the Portfolio’s structures, but to the wider health and social care sector. There are also far-reaching change programmes that have been initiated including our Operating Model internally and Models of Care across all our provision (including in house). This has resulted in the following roles that we are seeking to recruit to 1. Assistant Director – Living & Ageing Well (DG6) x 2 posts 2. Assistant Director – Commissioning & Partnerships (DG6) 3. Head of Strategy & Change Delivery (DG7)
