PQQ Contractor for the Construction of New Toilet Block, Larne Town Park

Tender description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council are seeking a Contractor for the construction of a new toilet block in Larne Town Park, access from the Glenarm Road. The proposed development will include the following:  Construction of toilet block;  Utilities connections and associated applications;  Drainage and associated ground works / civils work;  Installation of white goods, including equipment purchased by the Council to fulfil the need for a ‘Changing Places’ facility;  Demolition and site clearance of existing (nearby) facilities;
