Oracle Cloud Applications Learning Subscription provides digital courses mapped to job roles, allows users to apply new skills in hands-on labs and provides access to constantly updated content that aligns with each product release. Additionally users have the opportunity to get Oracle certified. This contract is awarded under reg 6(1)(b)(ii) of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 "Competition is absent for technical reasons". Full justification is noted below. This subscription and arrangement is exclusive and we cannot procure this access or obtain the exclusive training content via a third party. - Oracle are the vendor and creator of the Oracle fusion SaaS platform and provide unique content aligned to the roadmap and content dedicated to quarterly releases - There is no assured content from other providers if they create content. - Our Cloud Learning Subscriptions are taught by Oracle Accredited Experts. - The subscription includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be able to support The University staff with the learning path appropriate to UoE Fusion application - The subscription gives access to the Oracle Instructors. - Certifications and laboratories are fully available.
