Tender description

Kilkenny County Council will be commencing phase 1 Masterplans for the town of Ballyragget and the villages of Paulstown and Kilmacow in accordance with Objective 4La of the Kilkenny City & County Development Plan 2021 – 2027. The vision for the Plans is to assist in the creation of a unique sense of place in these towns and to make Ballyragget, Paulstown and Kilmacow attractive, vibrant and active communities with well designed, high quality, active urban spaces.
