<p>Simply Serve Limited (SSL) a wholly owned subsidiary company of Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. SSL (the "Authority"), acting in its own right and for and on behalf of Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, is issuing this invitation to submit Tenders (“ITT”) in connection with the competitive procurement of the Upgrading of the Fire Protection System to Level 8 of the main Hospital Building in accordance with the documentation attached and as described hereunder. Offers are invited for the provision of the Upgrading of the Fire Protection System to Level 8 of the main Hospital Building subject to: the terms of this letter; the Competition Process (Document No 2); the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractors Design (MWD) referred to within (Document No 3); and the goods and/or services detailed in the Specification (Document No 4).</p> Keywords: Fire Upgrade
