Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston is ambitious to implement a Housing First/Housing Led scheme, as referenced in our draft Homelessness and Rough sleeping strategy and interim Housing Strategy due for launch in late summer 2022. Our primary aim is to use this scheme to provide intensive support and accommodation to our entrenched rough sleepers in the borough.
