Tender description

Building construction work. This Contract is set up to provide the Employer with access to a good, reliable contractor who is able to provide the services, in line with the works programme. The service comprises of a number of elements to 6 two-bedroom properties and 2 4-bedroom properties, including, but not limited to superstructure work and roofing construction and roof coverings. The Employer is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide all of the services identified. Only Bidders who have passed all the corresponding Selection Criteria will have their Award Criteria responses assessed.
