NOTE: This notice was updated on 07 November 2022 for the following reason: RfQ extended closing date by 1 day to 08/11/2022 (14:00)(At the University of Bath, we face various challenges in attracting candidates across these groups, Senior Academics, Technicians, On Campus Services [Cleaners/Porters/Hospitality/Chef roles] and non-academic professional staff. We are looking to partner(s) with a provider that can support 2 key attraction mechanisms: Lot 1 - Fixed fee Multi Job Board posting & Lot 2 - Programmatic Advertising) Additional information: The two attraction mechanism services that we are looking to introduce to our current attraction strategy are: Lot 1 - Fixed fee Multi Job Board posting - A single supplier or platform that will be enable our jobs to be posted out across a range of job boards, which could be adapted to the type and level of role. The job boards available would include Indeed (+Sponsored listings), LinkedIn, Google Jobs, TotalJobs and Ziprecruiter amongst a range of other generalist and potentially specialist sites. All adverts should be posted as being from the University of Bath. Lot 2 - Programmatic Advertising - A supplier that would enable us to run highly targeted, responsive and adaptable campaigns across a range of channels that would put our opportunities in front of the most suitable audience both passive and active. This would increase our brand awareness whilst having clear measures in place to ensure our budget is being spent in the most effective manner. We are looking for a service partner that can propose a solution for either Lot, or both. .
