Historic Environment Scotland requires a contract to provide for furniture conservation services The Collections & Applied Conservation Team within Historic Environment Scotland (HES) is responsible for the management and care of over 40,000 objects. The Team act as HES’ museum service, and ensure that our collections are documented, cared for, and made accessible to the public, both physically and digitally. The Collections & Applied Conservation Team require specialist furniture conservation services on contract. Services will include the provision of advice and guidance (oral and written), condition assessment reports with proposals for any recommended conservation.
