Procurement of a framework for Print Services for - LOT 1 - UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE PROSPECTUS LOT 2 - LITHO AND DIGITAL STANDARD PRINT LOT 3 - LONG RUN BESPOKE LITHO PRINTING LOT 4 - BLACK AND WHITE PRINT, NCR AND BASIC SHORT RUN COLOUR LOT 5 – SIGNAGE AND WINDOW DECALS LOT 6 – PULL UP BANNERS, FLAGS, POSTERS AND ADHESIVE SIGNAGE LOT 7 – LIGHT BOX BANNERS AND EXHIBITION EQUIPMENT Lot 45121: Lot 1 - Undergraduate and Postgraduate Prospectus The provision of printing, fulfilment, distribution, storage and mailout of the University of Plymouth undergraduate prospectus and postgraduate prospectus produced annually.Attached as document Lot 45128: Lot 2 - Litho and Digital Standard Print We print a large number of brochures, leaflets, flyers and posters. Files will be supplied digitally and preflight checks made by the supplier bringing any problems to the University’s attention so that these can be rectified prior to a proof being supplied.Attached as document Lot 45141: Lot 3 - Long run bespoke litho printing Provision of litho print for longer print runs and bespoke print jobs to include confirmation packs, offer packs and Student Life magazine. Production requirements will include a range of finishing options, delivery, storage, mail merge and mailout.Attached as document Lot 45142: Lot 4 - Black and white print, NCR and basic short run colour Provision of fast turnaround mainly black and white printing. We require a standard 3-day turnaround from order to delivery at the designated DPC address. This allows us to offer our clients within the University a standardized turnaround time. On occasions we will require a next day service.Attached as document Lot 45143: Lot 5 - Signage and window decals The provision of external signage for the University. Our requirements vary in size and scope and vary from a small parking space sign to full building signageAttached as document Lot 45144: Lot 6 - Pull up banners, flags, posters and adhesive signage Provision for the supply of a range of large format print and associated hardware. This may include, site visits and surveys where necessary.Attached as document Lot 45145: Lot 7 - Light box banners and exhibition equipment Provision for the supply of exhibition and display hardware along with any associated printing. This Lot may include the commissioning of bespoke exhibition stands for events, including the annual UCAS fairs where we look for the most creative and cost effective stand hardware that can be easily transported and set up by the staff attending the events.Attached as document
