Tender description

Devon County Council working alongside Devon’s District Councils and the Unitary Councils of Plymouth and Torbay requires specialist contractual, legal and Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) advisory support to assist in planning and implementing the transition to new authorities through to 31 March 2028. Lot 1: The appointed advisor will provide strategic, legal and commercial advice relating primarily to contractual transitions arising from LGR (+Assets and TUPE). The nature of this work may also include some advice relating to property, assets and workforce transitions.
