CONTRACTOR FOR THE REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION OF GLENARM TOILET BLOCK

Tender description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (M&EABC) require for the necessary refurbishment and extension works to the existing public toilet block facility at Glenarm. This contract is for the provision of the following works: • Provision of temporary toilet facilities, including directional signage in relation to the temporary toilets and access to the MUGA area. • Construction of a new Changing Places facility extension including accessible WC and sluice point • Refurbishment of existing toilet block including but not limited to mechanical & electrical services, new timber roof structure and roof coverings, new doors and windows, new floor / wall and ceiling finishes, new cubicles and sanitary ware fittings; • Utilities connections and associated applications; • Drainage and associated ground works / civils work; • Demolition and site clearance of existing baby changing facilities
