<p>The project is the collective purchase of 'Sandless Sandbags' for the 4 Merseyside Local Authorities (Wirral, Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley), with Wirral Council leading on the project for the other LLFA’s. A collective purchase will be provide efficiency savings. The objectives for this scheme are to procure and purchase £30,000.00 of 'Sandless Sandbags' to be distributed evenly between the 4 Merseyside Local Authorities (Wirral, Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley).</p> Keywords: Flood Alleviation
