Provision of health and safety compliance service as per specification The Business Property Management review (2011) highlighted areas that require a more robust regime in place, in order to meet both our statutory requirements and improve the efficiency & effective service delivery, to our business customers. Health & Safety compliance was an area that required to be reviewed. In this regard it is proposed that a Health & Safety policy is implemented for the Business Property portfolio, complimenting both the Corporate and Service H&S policies / procedures. In addition, a review of the operational procedures relating to all aspects of Health & Safety legislation should be undertaken to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to our business customers and that H&S is forefront in the working environment for all staff and visitors within our business property portfolio.
