Detailed development of softworks proposals at Cairo Place. The brief includes the technical design and construction oversight of softworks design, which includes the following detailed outputs: RIBA Stage 4: Detail Design • Technical design for softworks elements including trees, shrubs, herbaceous, and planting media** • Planting specification and schedules • Planting plans • Co-ordination with nurseries/ growers • 1no. additional meeting with LBWF Highways team re softworks proposals • 1no. additional planting day with local residents re softworks proposals **Note: Specification of drainage and sub-surface infrastructure is excluded from the scope RIBA Stages 5-6: Construction and Handover • Approval of live plant materials and setting out on site • Site reports to include softworks information • Provide softworks maintenance schedule
